Mamook Tokatee will provide 56 affordable apartments as well as ample space for community programs and art creation. Mamook Tokatee is located on NE 42nd, a commercial and transit corridor in the Cully neighborhood. Cully is one of Portland’s most racially and ethnically diverse neighborhoods; it has also seen significant investment and change in the last decade, putting it at high risk for the displacement if low-income households. Mamook Taokatee is four-story podium building comprised of 56 units with a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. The building also features a large community room and art studio. Both spaces serve to provide community gathering spaces and activate the building’s street frontage on NE 42nd Avenue. For Relay Service TDD/TTY 711.
