Cedar Grove Apartments is located in North Bend, Oregon, just minutes from the beach.

Cedar Grove Apartments is nestled quietly away from the traffic off the main road giving a secure setting, which makes for a great family community. They are conveniently located within walking distance from grocery shopping as well as a convenience store for all your daily needs. It is also with in walking distance of multiple grocery, video stores and restaurants. The Bay Area Hospital is located just minutes away and many doctor offices are within walking distance radius. Coin operated laundry facilities are located near the rental office.

The project contains one (1), two (2), and three (3) bedroom apartment homes, which include spacious living rooms, kitchens, and dining areas. The (1) one-bedroom apartments contain 690 square feet of total living space, (2) two-bedroom apartments have 830 feet of total living space, and the three bedroom apartments maintain a 997-foot total living space.

All apartments at Cedar Grove have walkout patios which include an extra storage closet for all the extras you might need some day. Our layouts are well designed giving plenty of closet and cupboard space.

Cedar Grove Apartments is a HUD insured property. Your rent will be determined by your annual household income. We have section 8 rental assistance for all of our residents. We do not charge an application or screening fee. All prospective resident applications are screened for rental history, credit, and criminal background. Deposit is based on the income of the household.
