Harbeck Village is located on Harbeck Road just off Williams Hwy and 1 block from shopping.

The 48-unit complex is an Affordable Housing project, designated for family or individuals who are capable and desire to live independently.

The project contains 12 two-bedroom apartments, 23 three-bedroom apartments and 12 four-bedroom apartments. All the apartments have a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Handicap-equipped units have ADA approved showers, lowered light switches and appliances designed for wheelchair users.

Recreational Room - A multi-purpose room is available for meetings, hobby/craft classes, and wellness and exercise programs. Regularly planned activities and social gatherings, guided by the interest of those who reside at Harbeck Village Apartments will have full use of this room. The recreation room also known as a multi purpose room is located next to the office.

Laundry Services - A coin operated laundry room is located near the rental office and is for the use of all residents.

Waiting List - We generally fill our vacancies from a waiting list. To be placed on the waiting list of Harbeck Village Apartments, a completed application must be submitted. Written notification will be sent stating eligibility. We do not charge an application fee but there is a small fee for a credit and criminal screening done at time of application.

Harbeck Village rents are based on Tax Credit Income and Rent schedules set forth by the State of Oregon.
We need at least two people to qualify for our 2 Bedroom units.

It is important to keep us current on your phone number and address should this change from the application information. If we cannot contact you by phone, you may be removed from the waiting list.
