About Windsong Apartments

We generally fill our vacancies from a Waiting List.


Windsong Apartments is located on Spruce Street just off Hwy 101.

The 32-unit complex is a NO-SMOKING, USDA Rural Development and a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit project; A household is eligible if the tenant, co-tenant or spouse is at least 62 years of age or older or disabled regardless of age as defined in section 501(b) of Housing Act of 1949, Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act or section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

The project contains 29 one-bedroom apartments, which have 640 square feet of living space, and 2 two-bedroom, one-baths apartments, which have 811 square feet of living space. All units have a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Handicap-equipped units have ADA approved showers, lowered light switches and appliances designed for wheelchair users.

Multi-Purpose Room - A multi-purpose room is available for meetings, hobby/craft classes, and wellness and exercise programs. Regularly planned activities and social gatherings, guided by the interest of those who reside at Windsong Apartments will have full use of this room.

Social Services - A service coordinator is on-site once a week to gather and provide services for residents working closely with the State Senior and Disabled Services Division.

Laundry Services - A laundry room is available on each floor for the use of all residents.

Resident Eligibility Requirements - To be eligible for Windsong Apartments you will need to be income qualified.

Waiting List - To be placed on the waiting list of Windsong Apartments, a completed application must be submitted. Written notification will be sent stating eligibility.

It is important to keep us current on your phone number and address should this change from the application information. If we cannot contact you by phone, you may be removed from the waiting list.

A completed application will undergo an evaluation by Windsong Apartment staff or Lovelace Properties, LLC Management Staff to establish eligibility. Lovelace Properties is located in Grants Pass, Oregon and can be reached at (541) 479-2112.
