Welcome to Las Flores, your newest affordable apartment community in Oregon City. Las Flores was named to reflect the spirit and beauty of Oregon City's natural landscapes and diverse community. Las Flores, meaning the flowers in Spanish, hopes to be a home where all can bloom, flourish, and thrive. We offer 171 apartments in a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans surrounding a central plaza and community building.

Minutes from the Willamette River, the 4.5 acre site rests on a hill NE of Hwy 213 and S Beavercreek Road, where dense retail and housing on Oregon City's eastern border begin to give way to farmland and rural areas of Clackamas County.

Las Flores has been designed using a people-first approach, creating homes and spaces where all people can be respected, cared for, and given tools to explore their interests. Our community is clustered around a park-like gathering space, with tree-dotted walking paths, a central lawn, children’s play area, community garden beds, outdoor gym equipment, and a community building with a kitchen, library room, and other multi-use spaces where residents can hold events, take classes, and enjoy spending time with their families and neighbors. Additional resident amenities include laundry facilities and bicycle storage.

Las Flores will offer resident programs and services tailored by Hacienda CDC—a community development organization dedicated to strengthening households through housing support, economic advancement, and educational opportunities. At Las Flores, Hacienda will partner with new residents to determine the programs and services that they need. These could include after-school activities for youth residents, financial coaching and resources, health services, community garden programming, and many others.
