About Ocean Winds Apartments

Ocean Winds Apartments is located just off Hwy 101 on Lucky Lane.

The 40 Ocean Winds-unit complex is a NO-SMOKING Affordable Housing project, designated for family, senior or disabled individuals who are capable and desire to live independently.

The project contains 8 one bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom townhouse apartments, 8 two-bedroom flats and 8 three-bedroom apartments. All the apartments have a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Handicap-equipped units have ADA approved showers, lowered light switches and appliances designed for wheelchair users.

Recreation Room - A multi-purpose room is available for meetings, parties, hobby/craft classes or the like. The recreation room also known as a multi purpose room is located in the same building as the rental office.

Laundry Services - A coin operated laundry room is located near the rental office and is for the use of all residents that occupy a one bedroom unit. The 2-3 bedroom units are equipped with laundry facilities in the unit.

Waiting List - We generally fill our vacancies from a waiting list. To be placed on the waiting list of Ocean Winds Apartments, a completed application must be submitted. Written notification will be sent stating eligibility. We do not charge an application fee but there is a small fee for a credit and criminal screening done at time of application.

Ocean Winds rents are based on Rural Development and Tax Credit Income and Rent schedules set forth by the State of Oregon, and USDA Rural Development.

It is important to keep us current on your phone number and address should this change from the application information. If we cannot contact you by phone, you may be removed from the waiting list.

The filing of a completed application and undergoing an evaluation by Ocean Winds Apartments Management Staff and Lovelace Properties Management Staff, will establish this. Lovelace Properties is located in Grants Pass, Oregon and can be reached at (541) 479-2112.
