This is a community of senior housing for persons 55 and older or those with mobility impairments. The private balconies for most units overlook beautifully landscaped grounds; some units have alcoves; the property includes 7.5 acres, with ample resident parking.

920 On The Park is professionally managed by Preservation Housing Management (PHM), which offers an extensive program of activities for residents on site in the community rooms as well as the property's own van for scheduled transportation to off-site shopping, and activities.
