About Dunn Family Apartments

Dunn Family Apartments was acquired by CSI Support & Development in October, 2017. Dunn Family is located in Center Line, MI, which offers a small-town lifestyle in the heart of Metro-Detroit. It is within walking distance to numerous retail shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, parks, and restaurants. Transportation includes a SMART Community Transit System.


Residents enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments, but also enjoy participating in the frequent community activities. Come join in on bingo, Wii games, karaoke and card playing. To provide a healthier environment, Dunn Family Co-op Apartments is gradually transforming into a 100% smoke-free co-op; smoking is not allowed in any common areas or within 25 feet of the building. There are approximately 36 members who are still permitted to smoke in their own apartments, because they signed a waiver prior to the full implementation of the new smoking rules. All new members as of October 19, 2023, are not allowed to smoke inside their own apartment.
