Clawson Manor Co-op Apartments offers affordable senior housing in the heart of a vibrant Metro Detroit community. Our 15-story, 251-unit high-rise offers the enjoyment and freedom that come with affordable apartment living for ages 62+. They currently have vacancies on studio units! Rents are based on a percentage of the households income.

Clawson Manor Co-op is wrapping up its’ renovation of the building. When a member moves in, they will have a brand new unit!
