Amenities include an equipped kitchen, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, laundry facilities, community room with internet access, intercom system and most utilities are included in your rent. Small pets are welcome.

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and its affiliate, SeniorCare Network, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, have created Bridge Street Commons Apartments for seniors 62 and older and adults 18 years of age or older with mobility impairments and need for the unique design features of the units. Residents of Bridge Street Commons must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
