Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and its affiliate, SeniorCare Network, in partnership with Affirmative Investments, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, have created York Commons for seniors 62 and older and/or adults 18 years of age or older with disabilities. Residents of York Commons must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
