Located at North Aiken Court near Black Street, The Commons at North Aiken is a 76-unit community of one- and two-bedroom apartments, conveniently situated near stops for several major bus lines.

Most utilities are included in your rent. An intercom system, emergency pull cords and 24-hour emergency maintenance give you and your family peace of mind. The Commons at North Aiken also offers an on-site service coordinator and small pets are welcome.

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and its affiliate, SeniorCare Network, in partnership with Affirmative Investments, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, have created The Commons at North Aiken for seniors 62 and older. Residents of The Commons at North Aiken must meet certain eligibility requirements and pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
