About Conifer Ridge

Conifer Ridge is an affordable housing designed for seniors 62+ years or persons with disabilities of any age. All of our units are one bedroom units with 3 units being accessible. We are close to shopping and recreation.

-Meals on Wheels for Seniors Nutrition Program
-Foot Care Specialist (Monthly)
