Bay Meadow Apartments consists of 12 buildings on a 28-acre site in the Pine Point neighborhood of Springfield. All 148 apartments have Section 8 rent subsidies for income-qualified families.
The spacious site includes a variety of building styles, with apartments in both flat and townhouse configurations.
Amenities include a swimming pool, lighted basketball court and children's play area. A Resident Service Coordinator is on site.
Please be aware that 3 bedroom units currently have an extremely long waiting list. Applications are being taken for the waiting list only. The current wait time is over 5 years.
