Sacred Heart Apartments include 44 affordable one and two bedroom rental apartments. In order to qualify, at least one member of the household must be 55 years of age or older. Sacred Heart Apartments is a pet-friendly and entirely Smoke-Free Community. This restoration of three historic buildings at South Lawrence's Sacred Heart Parish includes original and replica historic windows, beautifully restored original hardwood flooring, towering high ceilings, brand new Energy Star stainless steel appliances, efficient central heat and air conditioning, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center. Sacred Heart Apartments also offers an allotment of thoughtfully designed accessible apartments available to rent. Sacred Heart Apartments are located a short distance from the Lawrence Commuter Rail Station with access south to Boston's North Station & northbound to Haverhill Station. Additional public transportation is available as the community is located on a MVRTA bus route.
