Metro East Senior Park is a brand new Affordable Age 62+ Senior Community currently under construction in Santa Ana, California offering Studios, One- and Two-bedroom apartments. Metro East Senior Park also offers a variety of unit and property amenities for your convenience.

Note: Per the City of Santa Ana's local preference requirement, ConAm will administer the following preference at Metro East Senior Park (preferences determine the order in which pre-applications are processed; applicants will still need to meet all tenant eligibility requirements):
Applicants who are residents of the City of Santa Ana and/or work at least 32 hours per week for at least the last 6 months in the City of Santa Ana.

To qualify for this Local Preference you must provide verification of eligibility for the preference by bringing in proof to your application appointment including, but not limited to a lease or rental agreement, utility bills, or 6 months of paycheck stubs. Failure to submit proof will result in the preference selection indicated on the application not to be considered in processing priority. Additional proof may be required at the time of interview.
