Windmere I is a 48-unit affordable housing community that offers 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouses. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply. Unit amenities include: Central heat/air, a stove, refrigerator, storage, and a patio. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a community room, playground, play area, picnic and BBQ area, and resident parking.

Windmere II is a 58-unit affordable housing community that offers 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply. Unit amenities include: central heat/air, a refrigerator, stove, storage, and a patio. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a laundry room, playground, play area, basketball court, and resident parking.
