Spanish Creek Townhomes is a 136 unit multifamily affordable housing community. It is located at 610 Lee Trevino Dr. It is comprised of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units ranging from 730 square feet to 1,190 square feet. Each individual unit is equipped with ceiling fixtures and all appliances, including microwave ovens, dishwashers and disposals. There are seven wheelchair accessible units, three units for the visually and hearing impaired and fourteen units for residents needing special housing accommodations. Spanish Creek Townhomes has a clubhouse, a laundry room, and a maintenance building.
