About Pam Apartments

Pam Apartments are for those households who are elderly or households with a disability of any age. Our community is located on a spacious 7 ½ acre lot with a park-like atmosphere. We are a pet-friendly community, so bring your furry friends!

We have a laundry center, a beautiful community room with planned events and programs including, meal programs, home health services, and transportation service. Residents enjoy their own personal patio with access to yard and flower bed. Rent is based on adjusted income and security deposits are equal to one month's rent. Other amenities include Accessibility, Accessible Parking, 32" or Wider Doorways, Grab Bars in Bathroom, Low Threshold or Roll-In shower.

Our service coordinator can help residents apply for local meals on wheels, and home Health Services. Other amenities include transportation Service Available, Yard - With flower bed, Air Conditioning, Refrigerator, Oven, and Washer & Dryer On-Site.
