Built in 2011, Torrey Woods is 20-unit affordable housing development located on 5.78 acres in a heavily wooded area off Pond Street in Weymouth. The apartment community is centrally located close to Routes 18, 24 and 95 as well as the commuter rail.

Professionally managed by POAH Communities, our beautiful, modern apartment homes incorporate numerous energy efficiency strategies inclusing a solar thermal system for hot water. Community features include air conditioning, fully applianced kitchens, on-site laundry facility, cable and internet hook-ups and so much more.
