Built in 1976, this beautiful, 11-story community offers 200 spacious one and two bedroom apartments with time-saving amenities offering peace of mind.

Ferndale Park Co-op does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building.

For the 1 bedroom, there is a minimum monthly income requirement of $1,626 per month. If they qualify then they pay $813 p/month for the standard 1 bdrm. unit. If they don’t qualify and have a voucher, we will accept a voucher in place of having to meet the minimum monthly income requirement.


For the 2 bedroom, there is a minimum monthly income requirement of $1,746 per month. If they qualify then they pay $873 p/month for the standard 2 bdrm. unit. If they don’t qualify and have a voucher, we will accept a voucher in place of having to meet the minimum monthly income requirement.
