About Normandy Apartments

Located in Jacksonville, Florida, Normandy is an affordable housing community that underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2007. There are 40 one-bedroom units, 44 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units, rented to individuals earning at or below 60% of the area median income.

The renovated units feature all new kitchens and appliances; heating and cooling systems; water heaters; playground and picnic area; and a newly constructed community center. The community center provides room for recreational and educational activities, as well as office space for property staff. Residents at Normandy also have the opportunity to participate in resident services programs that promote self-sufficiency and skill-building.
