Each of the one bedroom apartments include a kitchen, living room/dining room combination, and bathroom. This building also includes a community room with kitchen facilities and a laundry room available for residents use.

Water, sewer, and trash removal is paid by the owner, North Housing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc. The Manor is accepting applications for income eligible residents.
