College Villas is a 226-unit affordable senior apartment community. Each apartment home will come standard with modern appliances including washer and dryers. The oversize bathrooms will have large walk-in showers. There will be wood floors and plush carpeting throughout the apartment. Amenities being offered to the resident will range from a large movie theater to garden areas that the residents can use to cultivate their own plants.

College Villas is designed to create an inviting social community where the residents will feel that they are part of a family. Not only will there be community functions for the residents but they can also take part in programs like Project H.A.N.D.S. (Helping Angels National Donated Support) in this program residents knit, crochet and sew items (quilts, blankets, sweaters, hats, gloves, etc.) donating them to organizations and shelters, helping homeless, abused, or ill children and their families. The residents of College Villas will truly feel that they are not just a resident but that they are part of a community.
