About Living Springs Manor

Living Springs Manor is a modern upscale, but affordable, rental community offering unparallel management and community services. Living Springs offers not only independent living but also provides supportive services. Twenty (20) apartments are being reserved for frail residents. A broad spectrum of services will be offered to all residents with additional services available for the frail, including but not limited to, transportation, case management and the provision of nutritional food services. A variety of medical professionals will provide periodic screening and services to the residents of Living Springs.

Interstate Realty Management, the management company, provides 24 hour emergency maintenance and has an on-site rental and management office for your convenience. For our residents we offer more than a beautiful new place to live. Living Springs consists of a medical office, community room with kitchen, large screen television, on-site resident parking, resident social clubs, on-site laundry facility, court yard with benches and picnic tables, library on-site, trash chute on every floor and trash pick-up.
