Oakwood Terrace Apartments, located in the small town of Princeton, MO, two hours Northeast of Kansas City is an all bills paid, income based senior housing community with convenient onsite amenities for those 55 or better and younger disabled. Each of our apartments offers all the amenities of home with the added convenience of no bills and care-free maintenance. All 35 of our one bedroom homes feature central heat and A/C, quality carpet, vinyl and mini blinds, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator and double sink with disposal. As an added value, satellite TV service is available in your apartment home for just $10 per month. Our community features a large community room, which can be reserved for functions, with large screen TV, satellite TV service, Nintendo Wii gaming system and pool table with multiple other lounges with satellite TV service throughout our community, plus an onsite coin operated laundry facility. Oakwood Terrace also has a service coordinator on staff to help residents get the most out of any benefits they are entitled.
