Yellowwood Terrace is a 202-unit, affordable older adult community sponsored by Retirement Housing Foundation.

Residents must be 62 years of age and older or mobility impaired. Some units have special features for mobility and sensory impaired persons. Residents pay 30 percent of their adjusted annual income for rent. This does include utilities, except telephone and cable.
