About Denver Metro Village

Denver Metro Village is west of downtown Denver in the delightful neighborhood called Sloans Lake. Our mission is to provide an affordable, comfortable, and healthy atmosphere for seniors (62 and older), and we pour our hearts into it every day. Good location, a friendly community, helpful staff -- that's DMV! DMV is west of downtown Denver at Colfax and Quitman. And yes – there really is a lake nearby (the largest in Denver) with a park and a lovely walking path. In fact, within three blocks of our front door, you can reach Sloans Lake, a new library, the light rail, and RTD buses. We're also excited to say there are new shops and restaurants under development in the neighborhood.
