It is understood that this is not an application for rental assistance and is only being forwarded for review by the selected Housing Agency, Management Company and or Property Owner whom determine eligibility and approval. The receipt of the pre-application is not an acceptance in a rental assistance program, nor does it place the application on any waiting list. I understand that further information will be required to determine eligibility for any Rental Assistance program and approval for a selected unit and assume responsibility for continuing the qualification process.
