About Wethersfield Housing Authority

The Wethersfield Housing Authority administers State, Federal and local housing programs for income eligible individuals, families, those aged 62 and up and adults who are 100% disabled. The authority operates three elderly housing communities and two family housing communities in town. Rents are based on a percentage of income, or base rent, whichever is higher. In addition, the Wethersfield Housing Authority administers the Federal Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, where income eligible persons are provided financial assistance and choose where they want to live in Wethersfield.
