About Housing Opportunities of SW Washington

Beginning May 17, 2016, the Longview Housing Authority will begin doing business as Housing Opportunities of SW Washington (HOSWWA).

Created by the City of Longview in 1976, the Authority provides affordable housing and supportive services to approximately 1600 individuals and families in areas including Cowlitz County (excluding the zip code of Kelso and Kalama), Wahkiakum, Pacific and Lewis counties. The new name reflects the broad jurisdiction and growing list of programs and services provided by the agency and should reduce confusion in communities served outside of the boundaries of the City of Longview.

All Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting lists are closed.
