The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), a Public Housing Authority, was created in October 1970 to provide and promote affordable housing for low-income persons residing in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Authority was established under the Housing Authorities Act of the State of Utah in 1969.
