The Housing Division provides staff support to the Non Profit Housing Corporation (NPHC) and manages a variety of housing assistance programs designed to help income qualified and special needs individuals. - USDA, Rural Development Loan Packager Program - Program in which application assistance is provided to apply for home purchase or construction loans (502 ) or rehabilitation grants/loans (504) for funding consideration by the Federal Government's Rural Development Office.
