About Burlington Housing Authority

Burlington Housing Authority is an organization dedicated to providing affordable housing for families, elderly, disabled and handicapped individuals.

We own, manage and maintain a total of 468 units that are located within seven communities (five multi-family and two elderly) throughout the city of Burlington. We are also the management agent for Spencer Brown Thomas Homes, a 40-unit complex for elderly and handicapped that is owned by First Baptist Church - Apple Street.
