About Hawthorne Housing Authority

The Department of Housing is responsible for administering the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program under the Federal Program of U, S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Currently, we are assisting 1,160 families who are low-income and do not earn enough to keep pace with rising rental housing costs.
