About Housing Authority City of Kennewick (KHA)

The Housing Authority City of Kennewick (KHA) was created as public body corporate and politic under the City of Kennewick Municipal Code 2.16.6010 and in accordance to RCW 35.82.030 on September 1, 1943 by the Kennewick City Council. Housing Authority will exercise the powers, duties and responsibilities as described by RCW 35.82.
