About Mercer County Housing Authority

The Mercer County Housing Authority is a Public Housing Agency that owns 40 units of traditional low income public housing in Beulah and Hazen, owns conventional apartments in Golden Valley and Staton and administers 17 vouchers.

Units offered include all sizes from one to three bedrooms. Senior projects have large social/recreational spaces attached for activities. Many areas have programs sponsored by area senior citizen groups such as transportation, nutrition, activities and some nursing services. Some sites have garages available.

Family sites have two and three bedroom units with yards for the enjoyment of children's activities. The sites are within walking distance of schools and swimming pools. All family units have garages/storage areas for vehicles, toys and outdoor yard amenities.
