About Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA)

The Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) was established in 1947 with the mission to provide low income families decent, safe, sanitary housing and to empower them to build self-sufficiency and pride. Today, the Bloomington Housing Authority provides housing to over 600 family residents and more than 600 families under the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8).
