About West Hollywood Housing

The Housing Unit facilitates the development of new housing, the rehabilitation of existing buildings, and the development of mixed-use projects with a housing component; manages the City's inclusionary housing program and Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Staff administers State and Federal programs that foster affordable housing development; advises the City Manager and City Council on housing policy issues; and manages contracts with the West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation.
